Zoom is an application that originates from China and became known in usa when Covid-19 began to hit in March 2020. The Zoom application is increasingly being known and used by many people today, because it can be accessed for free by users when they want to hold virtual meetings for various activities such as board of directors meetings, meeting purposes, negotiating with clients, and working from home.

You can use the zoom application via mobile or desktop by downloading it first. However, to maintain the confidentiality of your meeting, it is recommended to use a paid zoom application. This is because in some countries there are security issues when using this service and this has resulted in a ban on its use in a number of countries.

3. Any Desk

Any Desk is an application that can help users communicate about projects or businesses that are being run. Because the share screen feature of this application is the same as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom. This application can also be operated by fellow users through their smartphones by giving permission for other users to be able to operate other users' smartphones. So, you can collaborate with colleagues in one application platform. However, before using the remote feature, first make sure all users have downloaded the AnyDesk application which is available on the Google Play Store and App Store. 

4. Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is part of the Office 365 ecosystem for workers while WFH or working remotely. Microsoft Team is a company owned by Bill Gates and has services for virtual meetings. This application allows users to share documents or work together in real-time, which is why this application is intended for WFH workers. This application developed by Microsoft has more than 75 million daily active users at the end of April 2020 as long as there are many WFH workers.

Apart from these four applications to help your WFH activities run smoothly without a hitch, there are actually other applications that you can use such as Skype and Slack. However, all of these services have their own advantages and disadvantages. So, you can adjust the use of the communication technology application to your work needs and complement each other depending on the workload of each worker.
